Handwoven using a Leno gauze technique, this piece expands the movement of my ‘Status’ cloud series into a deeper, blanketing fog. The silver stripes reflect light and the gauze areas cast subtle shadows on the wall. It asks the viewer to pause and contemplate, much like you would when cloud-gazing.
